'Train to Busan,' the zombie apocalyptic film that continues to break box-office records in Korea, is currently in talks to be remade by major Hollywood and French film studios!

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Hollywood studios 20th Century Fox and Sony Pictures, along with France's Gaumont, Canal Plus and EuropaCorp are pursuing the remake rights for 'Train to Busan.'
Contents Panda, the international branch of the company that produced the film, is said to be in charge of the sale. Danny Lee, the senior manager of Contents Panda, stated, "Several major Hollywood studios as well as top French and European companies have made inquiries about remake rights," and that some even "made offers."
However, Lee added that they are in no rush to strike deals right this moment, as the movie remains a major hit at the box office.
