Plastic surgery is nothing new in an entertainment industry - especially in South Korea - but what's really amazing is how beautiful the results are sometimes! Some stars look so natural and pretty after that they are even dubbed "plastic beauties" in awe of their after looks. Some of the stars admitted to getting some work done while others haven't said anything, but it can be speculated from their before pictures.
