CLC's new member Elkie is dominating Hong Kong's media. 

Elkie have recently joined CLC as a new member. This rookie member's popularity is greater in Hong Kong than it is in Korea due to a special reason.

Ming Pao Weekly wrote, "17 year old child star who appeared on TVB (Hong Kong's broadcast) drama has become 4minute Hyunah's hoobae." Media of Hong Kong were proud of Elkie as they said, "Someone from Hong Kong becoming a star in Korea is no longer a dream. GOT7's Jackson and CLC's Elkie are the living proof."

Elkie's name also appeared on Sohu.com, China Times, and more with the headline, "Hong Kong Child Star Debuts as an Idol in Korea". Due to the great attention from Elike's homeland, 23% of total views in CLC's new song "High Heel" MV were fans from Hong Kong. Encouraging comments were left as they cheered on the rising star. 

Thanks to Elkie, CLC is gaining more attention overseas. Both fans in Korea and Hong Kong cheer on the rookie who has great potential in becoming a hallyu star.
