There were some noteworthy releases in the K-Entertainment sphere for the year 2015, and Google shared the list of most distinguished works in the past year, at least in terms of how many times their users searched them.

Under the 'most searched TV shows,' category, MBC's popular drama 'She Was Pretty,' which featured a star-studded cast and a cheesy, romantic storyline, topped the list. Then came 'Producer' and 'Mask King,' making up the topmost three most searched TV shows for 2015. HBO's hit series 'Game of Thrones' is the only non-Korea show on the list, attesting to its global mass appeal with its thickly woven plots, cutthroat political intrigue, unpredictable twists and turns, and multi-dimensional characters.
As for music, EXID's "Up & Down," a sleeper hit which climbed charts and became immensely popular after a fancam of Hani went viral, was number one! IU's controversial "Zeze" and Stellar's raunchy--to say the least--"Vibrato" were also in the top ten.
