The crew reportedly stated, "The last 'Show Me the Money 4' episode, which will air this coming August 28 at 11 p.m., will progress as a live show. We came to this decision to prevent the leaking of spoilers before the episode airs, and to lend the show a maximized sense of realness. Currently, the production crew is taking care to abide by all the regulations and going to great pains to avoid anything from going awry."

Spoilers for 'SMTM 4's top 16 finalists were leaked which had created quite a stir. So it seems to prevent this type of happening from taking place again, they have decided on a live broadcast.

Now the show is raising the curiosity of the public for whether it will successfully be able to progress a live show despite its many prior controversies.
