During the pictorial, Jinwoon and Sohyun revealed they maintained their muscular physique and slim figures through personal training. While Jinwoon uses TRX during his workouts, Sohyun shared that she keeps a food diary in her cell phone to keep track of what she eats throughout the day.
On the other hand, Alice stated that she prefers pilates while Stellar's Jeon Yul recommended Ballet Fit, a workout that combines ballet, yoga, and pilates.
