Previously, fans noted that the Philippines' Department of Health (DOH) plagiarized f(x)'s "Rum Pum Pum Pum" for a public service campaign, which garnered widespread attention and criticism. Regarding this, SM Entertainment has now stepped up to reveal that the agency had already began taking steps against the DOH for this act of plagiarism.
