Police are currently investigating the fatal car crash that resulted in the death of Ladies' Code member EunB and severe injury of RiSe and Sojung as well as other passengers.
According to Yonhap News, police are looking into whether criminal charges will apply to the driver, 27-year-old Park. The police stated, "First, we're investigating whether the driver was speeding. However, the speed mark didn't show up due to the rain, and the location of the crash site does not have CCTV. As there were no passing vehicles at the time, we haven't been able to secure a black box."
As previously reported, the group's agency Polaris officially stated, "Near Suwon around 1:30 AM, the car that Ladies' Code had been riding in after finishing up their schedule in Daegu experienced a problem where the back wheel came off. With the back wheel coming off on the rainy road, the car ended up spinning several times before hitting the guard rail. Due to this, EunB tragically passed away."
