This left netizens to await a new exclusive by media outlet Dispatch on the two star's relationship. As this rumor got out of hand, Dispatch themselves denied their involvement in any way, writing, "Do you believe in stock market gossip? This is why we can't trust them. No, we won't trust them...It will be Ladies' Code's EunB's funeral. It's the final day of her farewell to the world due to an unfortunate accident. The agencies of the stars also expressed their confusion and denied the rumors being spread around on social networks. Lee Jong Suk's agency Wellmade Ent rep stated, "Lee Jong Suk and Suzy's dating rumors are from a text claimed to be stock market gossip... We've confirmed with Lee Jong Suk and he doesn't even know Suzy personally... We're receiving inquiries from everywhere including advertisers... There are so many stories that are spread without regard [for the truth] claiming to be stock market gossip."
Suzy's agency JYP Entertainment also stated, "The dating rumors are totally false... The SNS rumor spreading which says that it is stock market gossip is so thoughtless and the damage is big."
