According to their agency Zoo Entertainment rep in an exclusive by Maeil Kyungjae, BADKIZ were riding together in a van on the Gwangyang Expressway near Jangheung County in Mokpo, South Jeolla Province on the 25th at 11 PM KST when the windshield of their car suddenly cracked. The driver reportedly stepped on the brakes in shock and parked the car to not disturb other vehicles.
Following investigation by police at the scene of the accident, it was discovered that the cause of the broken windshield was a bird that flew into it and died immediately upon impact. The members also suffered bruises from the sudden stop of the car.
Their agency rep stated, "It was difficult to see what was in front of the car due to the fog that surrounded the expressway at the time... A dangerous accident could've almost happened... Things like this happen in life. Fortunately, the members' injuries aren't serious, and we felt the importance of driving safely once again."
Meanwhile, BADKIZ are currently preparing for their upcoming 2nd album.
Fortunately, no one suffered any major injuries, and we continue to ask that everyone may exercise caution while driving.
