Heechul has talked frequently of wanting to go on the show, even hilariously joking before that he may want to star in it with EXO's Xiumin. Multiple broadcast insiders told Star News, "Heechul has recently made the final decision to join the new season of 'We Got Married - Global Edition'... The first filming will be held on the 15th."
Regarding the reports coming out, SM Entertainment confirmed to TV Report, "Heechul will star on 'We Got Married -Global Edition'."
TV Report also states that the idol's wife will be Guo Xue Fu, who is an actress as well as a member of Taiwanese girl group Dream Girls, but it is not yet officially confirmed. According to other media outlets, it's said that there are 2 or 3 candidates still being discussed at the moment.
