Primary shared his apology through Amoeba Culture's official homepage on the 13th, stating, "Regardless of what the reason may be, I think that this occurred due to my immaturity. I have a sorry and regretful heart for unintentionally causing worry for 'Infinity Challenge's PD Kim Tae Ho, the staff, and Park Myung Soo who participated as my partner for the song, who endlessly showed their material and emotional support."
"As I observed the series of processes, I thought multiple times that I should express my opinion but I was afraid that it would lead to a bigger misunderstanding. Now that I get to speak my mind, I bow my head and apologize again. I fully respect 'Infinity Challenge's reps' will to temporarily cease the online sales. I promise that I will work to resolve all of the issues surrounding the song a day sooner."
An 'Infinity Challenge' rep also responded, "We sincerely apologize for causing worry with the controversy surrounding the 'Infinity Challenge Music Festival's Guhmary [Leech] (Park Myung Soo and Primary) team's song."
"Following the broadcast of the music festival, we were confronted with an unexpected issue and we are currently working to understand and resolve the situation. We were unable to only give the viewers enjoyment as an end-result... Until the matter is resolved, we have decided after discussion with Amoeba Culture to cease the online sales of 'I Got C'."
"We will work hard to become an 'Infinity Challenge' which will be able to make quick and mature decisions."
