So recalling upon Hyori's previous statement, the MCs of 'Beatles Code 2' didn't let their opportunity to go to waste as they directly questioned Ivy about the rejection, who appeared as a guest on the show.
Ivy revealed her side of the story as she stated, "Oh about that. I wasn't contacted by Hyori unni personally but rather by a designer that she's really close with. She told me, 'Hyori has a song that I think would be great for you'. For me personally, I thought it would be great to have a song by Hyori unni and it'd also spark a lot of attention to have her name on it. However, I had already finished recording my album by then. So I couldn't really accept it but at the same time I didn't want to let go of the opportunity, and things just took a long time to confirm [about whether an additional song could be added into the album or not]."
With the MCs nodding and understanding the situation, Ivy continued, "Because the wait to figure out if we could add it or not took so long, Hyori unni ended up giving the song to another artist, so that's why I couldn't include it."
On the same episode, the diva touched upon various subjects, one of which included her love life where she revealed her ideal type. "I like humorous guys. I think guys that are too handsome are burdensome," bringing a smile to comedian Jang Dong Min's face who had declared himself to be a fanboy.
