Click B's Kim Sang Hyuk has been cleared of sexual harassment charges filed against him by a woman who recently called the cops on him.
According to Kim Sang Hyuk's agency, the singer and the woman had a misunderstanding that led to this situation.
Kim Sang Hyuk had met up with his friends and acquaintances to drink, and in his drunken state, he had mistaken this woman in question for one of the members of his party. In the process of having the party move on to a different location, Kim Sang Hyuk tried to pull along whom he thought was someone that he knew. Due to his mistake, and the misunderstanding by the woman of his intentions, the cops had been called.
According to the police, the issue has been all cleared up now as Kim Sang Hyuk has sincerely apologized and explained the situation to the woman, who in turn dropped all charges.
Kim Sang Hyuk debuted in 1999 with Click B, but left the group because of a drunk driving and a hit-and-run situation in 2005. He enlisted in May 2011, and was discharged on May 16, 2013.
