On June 9th, rookie girl group Blady took off to the Maldives to film for their music video, "Crazy Day", which will be under the direction of Hollywood director Kang Young Man. Blady will be the first ever Korean idol group to film their music video in the Maldives, and the girls are planning to use every bit of the heavenly scenery to bring out their charms. Director Kang Young Man worked on the movie "Avatar" and was one of the first in the world to use a 4D 5G grandeur theater ad in 2010. In 2005, he won the Best Director Award at the New York Movie Film Festival for his film, "The Last Eve." CEO Kim Tae Ahn of SY6 Entertainment revealed, "In order to raise Blady into Hallyu stars, we are starting them off internationally right from the production stages. Director Kang Young Man saw the potential Blady has as Hallyu stars and agreed to direct their music video. Blady is a group that was created from the get-go with the international audience in mind, so with their debut, we hope to unleash the plans we have for them to secure their growth as Hallyu stars." Blady will also be filming two new CFs in addition to their music video in the Maldives. Kim continued, "Even before their debut, they're already receiving the love calls of advertisements. For now, we have chosen a health drink named 'TANN-SD' (from Indonesia) and a sports tool named 'TURN.' Both CFs will be filmed in the Maldives as well." Blady held their debut showcase last month.
