Earlier today, actor Park Si Hoo - currently facing a scandal that erupted over possible sexual assault - filed a request with the Gwangju Seobu Police to have the case transferred to the Gangnam Police.

Outlining their reasons for a transfer, his law firm stated,�"According to the regulations behind the transfer of a prosecution case and its investigation, we have decided that this case, currently under investigation at the�Gwangju Seobu Police Station, would be better served at the�Gangnam Police Station. Today, we have filed paperwork asking for a transfer".

However, according to the Gwangju Police, they have no intention of letting the case be transferred, a representative said. If the case does not transfer to Gangnam, which is looking more likely, the case will remain at Gwangju Seobu.
