Phantom has returned to impress us once more with the release of their second mini album 'Phantom Theory' along with the music video for their title track�"Like Cho Yong Pil"!
As mentioned previously, the group became the first to be given permission by the legendary Cho Yong Pil to use his name in their song.��The members are said to have decided on putting Cho Yong Pil in the title because of their utmost respect for him.
