"Boxing actress"�Lee Si Young has joined the Incheon City boxing team.

Her label�J Wide Company announced, "Lee Si Young will be attending the orientation for the Incheon City boxing team on the 31st." Lee Si Young is currently hoping to participate in the '2014 Incheon Asian Games', so she has been in contact with city officials since last year.

Lee Si Young said, "My romantic comedy movie is due out soon, and I worried that [news about me] joining a boxing team will be overblown. [I have a passion for exercise and sports though], so my boxing training and acting will go side by side."

In a recent meeting with the press, Lee Si Young commented, "My dream is to win an Olympic gold medal."

In July 2012, she won the '42nd Annual Seoul Amateur Boxing Competition' as well as the '93rd Annual National Competition' in the 48kg (105lbs) category. However, last December she lost the championship match for the national team.

Lee Si Young's movie 'Men Instruction Manual' will be in theaters on February 14th.
