Actress So Yu Jin will be getting married!

On January 19th, she will be marrying a restaurant owner Baek Jong Won, who is fifteen years her senior.

So Yu Jin and her husband-to-be met through actress Shim Hye Jin and the two became friends and gradually lovers. They usually had their dates at Baek Jong Won's restaurant and their love grew as time went by.

Although they have not yet held their wedding ceremony, the couple is said to have already put in their request for a marriage certificate, and will be moving into a home near Banpo-dong in Seoul.

So Yu Jin gave her thoughts on her marriage saying, "I fell for his never ending thoughtfulness and easy going personality, which led to my decision to marry him. My heart is already fluttering at the though of getting to spend my life with a great person... I will live happily."

A staff member spoke on So Yu Jin's behalf saying, "This is not a shotgun wedding. After marriage, So Yu Jin is planning on being a dedicated housewife."

On another note, So Yu Jin rose to stardom in 2001 with the drama 'Delicious Proposal' and since then has appeared in many different productions of dramas, movies, and musicals. So Yu Jin's fiancée Baek Jong Won is known to have the 'Midas touch' in the restaurant industry and owns around 20 brands and about 200 franchises.
