It was reported that Girls' Generation's Hyoyeon recently bought a new penthouse in�New Songdo City,�Incheon.

Hyoyeon recently signed a contract for a penthouse unit with the 'Prugio' apartment complex which houses 999 units and Hyoyeon's penthouse has been revealed to be situated above the 60th floor.

Other celebrities who also live in New Songdo City include Ji Sang Ryul, singer Kim Jong Seo,�SK Wyverns manager�Lee Man Soo, baseball player�Park Jae Hong, and Jo In Sung.

A real estate representative stated, "In the case of New Songdo City, it is not only in close proximity to Seoul's Gangnam, Yeouido, and Ilsan, but it is close to the Incheon International Airport (voted World's Best Airport Seven Years in a Row) which will fit the preferences of people who have lots of overseas schedules. This development features pleasant and safe housing conditions, excellent educational standards, access to some of the best amenities, and provides one of the best mixtures of work and play, which is why celebrities tend to move here."

New Songdo City is a new "Smart City" with initial construction costs of $25 Billion USD being developed on reclaimed land from the Yellow Sea on Incheon's beautiful waterfront.
