TEEN TOP's L.Joe recently celebrated his birthday with the members of TEEN TOP on November 23rd! In honor of the occasion, he completed a brief interview with Economy Today.

According to Economy Today, although a birthday is a happy occasion, L.Joe explained, "When I gain a year, it reminds me that my parents are aging as well, and it makes me sad," expressing his love and thoughts for his parents.

Q: It's your birthday. How do you feel?
A: "I'm so happy, but also a little sad. As I get older, my parents get older."

Q: You became an adult this year (20 years old in Korean age) - what excites you the most about that?
A: "I want to drink soju with my father!"

Q: What do you think about getting older?
A: "Like I was saying earlier, getting older is nice, but also sad for me."

Q: What age are you looking forward to most?
A: "30...40...50... I want to age nicely. Rather than being afraid of aging, I want to take each year coolly and age gracefully."

Q: What's one thing you like to hear on your birthday, and what's one thing you don't like?
A: "I don't like hearing that I've lost weight. I like hearing that it looks like I have gained weight?!"

Q: Most memorable birthday?
A: "The first birthday I spent as a member of TEEN TOP."

Q: What's a special birthday present you've received?
A: "All presents are special to me. Really!"

Q: Any gifts you'd like to receive in the future?
A: "A composing studio.... Composing music is what makes me happy."

Q: If you were given a vacation for your birthday, what would you want to do?
A: "I want to go on a trip with my parents! A long~~~ trip!"

Q: When you were young, what did you wish for on your birthday? Did those wishes come true?
A: "I wanted to become a nice, cool person. I think I'm still in the process of that."

Q: What do you think your birthday will be like in 10 years?
A: "I hope that, as an artist, I'll be receiving more love and support, and am able to celebrate with even more fans."

Q: Anybody you want to thank on your birthday?
A: "My parents, my older brother, and the TEEN TOP members!"

Q: Please leave yourself a message in honor of your birthday
A: "Speaking to myself is so embarrassing. L.Joe, live and work just as hard as you have been so far. Happy birthday?"
