CNBLUE's Jungshin has been receiving compliments with his acting abilities in KBS 2TV's drama 'My Daughter Seoyoung'.
In the drama, Jungshin plays the aegyo filled youngest son Kang Sung Jae, who is in love with his tutor Lee Seo Young (played by Lee Bo Young). Jungshin has been receiving numerous compliments for perfectly portraying a high school student that is experiencing unrequited love.
In addition, he was also able to bring big laughs to viewers when he acted out an awkward runway walk for a fashion show in the drama with his arms and legs flailing around out of unison.
Displaying aegyo for his character's mother Cha Ji Seon (played by Kim Hye Oak), Jungshin succeeded in showcasing various sides of himself that fans had not been able to witness on music stages.
Jungshin revealed that his ability to perfectly pull off his new role is due to the similarities in personalty. "My personality is reflected a lot in Kang Sung Jae's personality, so acting is really fun. I usually have a lot of aegyo at home, like my character in the drama, so I am just acting like the way I would naturally," he said.
