It seems Psy will be keeping his shirt on, at least for another week.

After ranking 11th on Billboard's 'Hot 100' chart last week, according to Billboard's Gary Trust, Psy has leaped up 9 spots to 2nd place with his hit song, "Gangnam Style". Maroon 5's "One More Night" was strong enough to hold off Psy and remain at the top spot for another week.

At a recent press conference, Psy promised to perform shirtless if "Gangnam Style" had reach the top spot on Billboard's "Hot 100". Now, we'll have to wait another week to see if Psy can reach the top spot.
