Indie rock band, Amaranth, is set to make a comeback to the music scene in one and a half years with their 3rd single album, 'Requiem Part 1'.

It has been revealed that Amaranth's leader and guitarist, Jung Seung Jin, helped produce their comeback album. Their title track, "Whisper to My Eyes", portrays a worrisome love through its unique electric sounds and lyrics of unrequited love.

Jung Seung Jin revealed, "We produced this album by finding the style that matches Amaranth with the help of our staff. We tried to produce an album that showcased a wide variety of musical colors. We thought that we should have fun while making the album in order to let people have fun listening to our music. So we followed wherever our hearts were pulling us to produce the album."

Their follow-up track, "Sonata of Rampage", is said to be a mini concerto and highlights the group's love for classical music.

'Requiem Part 1' will be released as part of a musical series with part 2 and 3 to be released later on. Check out their previous release, 'Irony', below, and their new single on various music sites!
