TVXQ has taken first place on Japan's Oricon weekly DVD combination chart!

On August 1st, SM Entertainment revealed that TVXQ's 'TVXQ Live Tour 2012 ~TONE~' DVD, which was released on July 25th, had sold 150,000 units in its first week, simultaneously topping Oricon's weekly DVD combination chart.

This feat makes TVXQ the first ever international artist to consecutively top the DVD chart for two releases in a row. The official Oricon homepage wrote, "TVXQ has become the first international artist to consecutively rank two DVDs at the top!"

The DVD contains footage from their 11-city Japanese tour, which began in January and ran through April.

The duo will be meeting their Japanese fans once again through the 'SMTOWN Live World Tour in Tokyo Dome' on August 4th and 5th.
