Rising stars B.A.P recently shared their hopes of winning the Best Rookie Award of 2012 by giving their very best for the promotions for "No Mercy", the group's latest track off their first mini-album.
"This is our third comeback since our debut in January," said B.A.P on an interview backstage after the latest episode of Mnet's 'M! Countdown', "We have high hopes as this is our first mini-album. With our goal set on winning the Best Rookie Award, we'll be work extremely hard."
"The mini-album features a song that I personally wrote and composed, titled "Voice Message", mentioned leader Bang Yong Guk. "As this is the first time that a song I made has been included in the album, I sincerely hope all the fans will like it!"
"Our title track 'No Mercy' incoporates samul nori (traditional Korean percussion music) with our own sound. I studied traditional Korean music in middle school and high school so I suggested the idea," continued Himchan, "We've recruited talented samul nori students from Korean National University of Arts to perform on stage."
