2PM's Nichkhun has been allegedly caught driving under the influence of alcohol.

On July 24th at 3:30AM KST, Nichkhun was involved in a car accident while driving in Gangnam. The singer was allegedly under the influence of alcohol when he rear-ended a motorcycle.

His blood alcohol level was measured at 0.056%, a percentage where he will be subjected to his license becoming suspended.

An official from Gangnam's police station informed Dispatch over the telephone July 24th, "After measuring his alcohol content at the site [of the incident], it was concluded that [Nichkhun] was not severely intoxicated. Immediately after the accident, [Nichkhun] and the victim were investigated by the police."

No one was injured at the scene, and there was no serious damage to either vehicle. The police station official continued, "It was a small accident and neither Nichkhun nor the victim were injured. Both vehicles were insured, and Nichkhun has taken measures to safely return home following his investigation."
