Viewers were treated to yet another action flick last weekend as SBS's 'Running Man' took a page out of 'XMan' to perform its very own 'super-power' episode.
The ensuing competition was filled with traditional 'Running Man'-style betrayals, reversals, and alliances, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats until the very lastsecond, with Gary eventually coming out on top thanks to his numerous decoys and sharp intuition.
Each member took advantage of their special powers granted to them by a mysterious potion, withKim Jong Gook gaining the ability to know where everyone was at any given point in time through a wireless receiver,Yoo Jae Suk being able to manipulate space by moving everyone to a specific spot,Song Ji Hyo knowing everyone else's powers (plus a dramatic, secret weapon which you have to see for yourself), Ji Suk Jin having 3 lives, and Lee Gwang Soo given the ability to 'kill' anyone he wished ONCE - once he found the death note-like paper granting him the power
Although it seemed for a moment that Gary's reign as the former 'best of the best' would come to an end, becoming the first member sent to jail, he was granted a miraculous comeback thanks toHaHa and his special power of turning back time to a hour ago, ensuring his revival.
Although Yoo Jae Suk - the last survivor apart from Gary - tried to make victory his own, he was ultimately pinned down by Gary and his doppelgangers who stuck with him until the very end.
