On December 26th, the Korean Red Cross Association revealed that Kim Hyun Joong had donated $50,000 USD before embarking on his Japanese tour in November. He's also donated an additional $50,000 USD to an association that heats homes, as well as another $50,000 to feed children in Fukushima following the aftermath of the earthquake, bringing his secret donation total to $150,000 USD. A representative stated, "In the beginning of November, Kim Hyun Joong's manager came by and donated $50,000 USD, relaying the message that Kim had wanted it spent where it was needed.
