Singles released on the 30th by artists such as 'TVXQ', 'FT Island', and 'T-ara' have made their way to the top of the Oricon Singles Chart. TVXQ's first Christmas song, "Winter", seized the #2 slot on the Weekly Oricon Single Chart, selling 76,615 copies on the first day. Furthermore, FT Island's "Distance" and T-ara's "YAYAYA" came in at #4 and #7 respectively, while "This Christmas" a collaborative effort by the JYP Entertainment artists came in at #14.
