Super Junior's Shindong turned quite a few heads when he showed up for the 100m race at MBC's '3rd Idol Star Athletics Championships' in aviator shades. Boom went up to him to at the start line to ask, "You're going to be in a race so why are you wearing sunglasses?" Shindong meekly replied, "To hide it." He took off his shades for the camera to reveal two white pieces of paper stuck to his eyes. Catching on to his drift, Boom turned to the camera and apologized, "They have yet to properly heal," in reference to his recent double eyelid surgery. In the actual race, Shindong ran up to about 30m before dropping to the floor in a tired fit, causing much amusement amongst viewers. Source + Photos: Newsen
