Back in June, the Yeongdeungpo Police reported that motorcyclist Hyun had indeed been killed by Daesung's collision. Now, it seems that the drama has again escalated. The National Prosecutors' Office (the Korean equivalent of the F.B.I.) revealed on July 14th that Daesung will be brought in for additional questioning, and the entire investigation will, in effect, be 'rebooted' from the beginning. Despite the National Forensic Service's report that Daesung had been the cause of Hyun's death, it appears that there are still some doubts regarding the level of his guilt. Thus, the case was turned over to the prosecutors' office. A representative from the prosecutors' office stated, "It's difficult to prove his charges so we are investigating the case once again as thoroughly as possible. It is necessary to summon Daesung back in for an investigation."
