There've been a ton of visual teasers for MBLAQ's 3rd mini-album, and the boys are back with yet another one! This time, they've revealed the album jacket cover for "Mona Lisa.
We've mentioned before how the members were assigned to portray an iconic pop culture figure that they felt best represented their new album. Lee Joon, Thunder, and Mir took on 'Zorro', 'Boy George', and 'The Beatles' respectively. Meanwhile, G.O. became 'James Dean' and Seungho portrayed 'Papillon'. The reason the members are parodying famous figures from history is because of their mini-album's title track, "Mona Lisa." They hose the concept of 'celebrated works' in order to fit their title track and transformed into figures that they have always respected or liked. The album itself is comprised of a total of six tracks. "Mona Lisa" is described to be a Spanish electronic dance track that is the work of Ji-In, Wontaek, and Rado, who previously worked with the boys for "Stay". The three took head as the producers of the overall album to create a musical style that's specific to MBLAQ. Pre-orders will begin on July 8th before its release on the 15th.
