Following the ban of X-5's "Fantasy" yesterday, ZE:A's "Be My Girl" has been added to the list because it has been deemed as 'unsuitable for minors' by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. The track is from their first official album, "Lovability", and it's received a parental advisory sticker because a part of the lyrics stated, "Be my girl tonight." The ministry explained that it was too sexually suggestive. Representatives of Star Empire stated, "'Be My Girl' has been deemed unfit for minors and will no longer be sold to those under the age of 19. Whether we will edit the lyrics or not is still undecided." Songs that are judged as 'harmful media to the youth' cannot be sold to minors under the age of 19, and also cannot be aired on television channels before 10 PM. Netizens said, "So many songs have 'be my girl' in them, the standards are really confusing lately", and "Exactly what part of those lyrics are sexually suggestive? What are they even thinking?"
