From singing to designing bags, Seo In Young seems to be doing it all lately.� On April 21st, Star Empire Entertainment revealed that she will now be designing her own tattoos! Seo In Young recently took part in a concept meeting with make-up brand "Maybelline" for their latest eyeliner product, during which she reportedly came up with a tattoo design. A representative stated, "Seo In Young tested out the product at the meeting and noticed that the color was not only dark, but that it didn't smudge as well. She compared the texture to that of a tattoo and came up with a tattoo design next to her own eye right on the spot." They continued, "The eyeliner will now be released under the theme of 'fashion tattoo' and will include a variety of different designs that will take simple eyeliners to another level."
