On March 14th, singer Kim Tae Woo announced that he had terminated his contract with his agency, Polaris Entertainment. Representatives of the singer stated, "Kim Tae Woo had signed an exclusive contract with Polaris back in March of 2009.�Soon after, he released his digital single, 'Memories and Remembrance,' and earned high income from the sales. The song was followed up by 'Love Rain' in September of the same year, and although the song ranked first place for weeks on end on various music programs and music charts, Polaris failed to balance the correct amount due for Kim Tae Woo's work." They continued, "He asked for Polaris to make amends, but they failed to reform and continued to sign contracts without the artist's content.�Due to such conflicts, Kim Tae Woo terminated his contract with Polaris on January 7th."
