Following the footsteps of popular idols SNSD, KARA, 2AM, SHINee and others, IU has landed herself her own chicken advertisement deal with "Mexicana Chicken." Advertising for chicken is known to be a big deal for idols, as it's an opportunity only given to the top names of the industry. Mexicana Chicken revealed that they chose IU as their advertisement model on January 10th for her fame with "Good Day." IU will begin recording their CF starting January 12th and begin other promotional activities with the brand.� Representatives commented, "Her 'nation's little sister' image fits well with the 'nation's chicken' image that Mexican holds, which is why we chose her as our idol."
