Songwriter Choi Hee Jin revealed that she will be suing netizens who have been verbally abusing her via the internet due to the Eru-Tae Jin Ah controversy. On September 23rd on her minihompy, Cho Hee Jin declared, "I have compiled material of offensive comments from a total of 47 people. Apart from the elementary school kids who emailed me begging to forgive them, and a few other people who apologized, I will be putting down an official lawsuit against the rest for cybercrime." She continued, "Even though I asked them not to blame me and warned them several times, those offensive commenters ignored me and continued to write them. I can't take it any longer. I'm thinking that in about a week's time, we'll be able to face each other in real life." Choi Hee Jin stated that she has captured pictures of the dates of when the comment was published, along with the netizens' names. In regards to the abusive replies she wrote to them in return, she said, "Since they started it, they said my replies are considered innocent ha." The songwriter expressed, "In particular, those people who said they'll bore into my uterus with a sashimi knife? My father is my only family, and even though he just celebrated his 60th birthday, he is still healthy. My father also browses the internet, and when you wrote write things about how you will pour deep-fry oil over my head and do things to me with a sashimi knife…He read it all and fainted, and currently he is not eating or drinking and refuses to talk to me." To end, Choi Hee Jin said, "I will give you your last chance", and added her email address and told the netizens to email her their apology once they have deleted their comments.
