CNBLUE's composer also plagiarized Usher?

Well, as most of you guys know, CNBLUE, specifically their composer of I'm a Loner, Kim Do Hoon, was accused of plagiarizing Ynot's Blue Bird. The issue has gotten to a point where some netizens have started accusing that even their album's title BLUETORY is plagiarized. Well, another plagiarism controversy has started and this time it's not really related to CNBLUE, but their composer Kim Do Hoon and Kim Jong Kook's Can't Forget from his latest 6th album. Can't Forget was composed by Kim Do Hoon and Kim Ki Bum, and the arrangement of the song was done by Kim Do Hoon. The song in which he is being accused of plagiarizing is Usher's Love in this Club. After listening to both songs, there are definitely similarities... what do you guys think?
